An antique Sri Lanka-style bronze Meditation Buddha, serenely seated in the lotus (Padmasana) position, with each foot resting upon the opposite thigh in a gesture of perfect balance and composure. His monastic robes cascade gracefully from the left shoulder, clinging softly to the form beneath and reflecting the refined simplicity characteristic of Sri Lankan Buddhist art.
The Buddha is depicted in the Dhyana Mudrā, or Meditation Gesture, with hands resting in his lap, palms upward, symbolising deep concentration, inner harmony, and the pursuit of enlightenment. This posture embodies stillness and spiritual unity, inviting contemplation and calm.
His face displays a tranquil, introspective expression, with gently downcast eyes, a composed brow, and subtly defined features that convey both compassion and inner strength. Large and/or fragile pieces requiring palletising, specialist crating and/or extra packaging may take a little longer. Palletised shipments will be delivered curbside.
All orders over 35 GBP will be shipped free of charge.
